·      Spouse coverage: 50% of member’s coverage or $10,000, whichever is less

MEDICAL SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS

·    Maximum: $500 per year per family (see claim for eligible expenses)

The Legal Services benefit is provided through Westchester Putnam Teachers Legal Services Fund. Life Insurance, Disability, and AD&D are provided through insurance contracts. All other benefits are self-funded.
